Banana Chips

We always eat banana chips. I always thought making banana chips would be difficult but that’s not so true.  Daddy bought dozens of unripe banana. Today was Sunday so mom and me put our hands down making banana chips at home. It’s simple and does not take much time to cook. Here it goes...

Making time: 30 minutes considering two people coking it (including peeling and slicing of banana & frying the chips)

What goes in it:

Raw Banana- 2 dozen
Salt & Pepper to sprinkle
Oil to deep fry

How did we (mom and me) make it:
Take raw banana.

Peel off the skin of banana.

On a slice cutter, slice the banana into chips.

While you peel off and slice the banana, in a frying pan put oil. Switch on the stove on high flame.

Deep fry the banana slices until they are golden brown and crisp. Lift chips out with a slotted spoon and remove on absorbent paper.

Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Crisp banana chips is ready with little efforts.

Store it in a steel container for evening snack or eat it right there and then.
